These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the graphic design services provided by Rebecca (Bec) Gauci ("Designer").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the graphic design services on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal or contract.

3. Payment - Fees & Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Designer the agreed-upon fees for the graphic design services. Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or contract. The Designer reserves the right to withhold services and deliverables until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property - Ownership & Usage Rights

The Designer retains ownership of all original artwork, concepts, and design elements created during the project until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted the right to use the final design, in the format agreed to, for its intended purpose outlined in the project proposal. The Designer retains the right to use the work for self-promotional purposes.

5. Revisions and Modifications

The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the project, including but not limited to proprietary information, project details, and business strategies.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. The Client agrees to compensate the Designer for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Designer's liability for any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client.

9. Changes to Terms

The Designer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The Client is responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
